I practice and teach meditation with the Hong So technique. Hong So is an antique mantra introduced in the West by Paramhansa Yogananda (author of the famous Autobiography of a Yogi).
I will offer in-person and online classes and practice sessions, as well as live workshops combining Ananda Yoga and meditation.
