Ananda Yoga is a powerful and accessible tool, which focuses on the relationship between body, mind and soul. The use of affirmations with each posture strengthen their impact and make each session an inner journey.

We explore themes such as overcoming fear and anxiety, inner freedom, strengthening one's energy, unleashing your creativity...

I offer online classes on Mondays in English and Thursdays in French from 6pm to 7:30pm.
